Ahab are alright. Evoken are the best and the real deal, one of my favorite bands in general. I prefere them over Disembowelment and Thergothon and a good portion of doom metal and doom death metal bands in general.

I don't much care for the singer in Warning. He's pretty terrible.uke: Go with Ahab, Isole, or Swallow the Sun. I think those are safe choices.

Indeed. Can't remember the song but towards the end there is a very atmospheric section which is incredible and reminds me of pink floyd mixed with crushing Doom Metal.
