Originally i was just going to get two SM81's for overheads but recently I have a found a deal on a matched set of AKG c214's that i can get for cheaper. Anyone have any opinions on the AKG's?

Get both!! or get a pair of c214's and 1 sm81, I have one '87 sm81 and its ridiculous on acoustics, hats, rides etc
