Snobb Flynn

I met Flynn twice and he was always supernice. This interview doesn't make any sense - both from the producers view and from Flynn's reaction.

If I was him I would have thought she's being condescending cause her hair looks much nicer than his :D :D :D

EDIT: to be honest, I watched the Zakk Wylde interview and you could really see him think "Fuck, how long till this stupid retard girl is gonna stop asking me these questions." She must be related to someone at Gibson or something ...

I woulda done the same thing as Robb. I can't believe that bitch asked that stupid question. I know she didn't mean any harm but come on. That is probably the worst interview question I have ever heard.

Also I think Robb is rehabbing right now.

'K like whats ur hair product lol'
'???'
'YouTubers wanna know lol'
'...'

Really, this is a joke? This is lame childish bullshit and I would have given her just a couple more seconds if I was in Rob's shoes. Machine Head are unfuckable with, one of the biggest and most powerful bands to ever grace a metal audience. Rob wasn't even being a dick about it, just stood up and left like a man worth his scrotum. Since when is taking yourself seriously considered douchebaggery? Oh, here's a innocent airheaded cutie trying to be original while deserving no attention at all. Should you really go along for that? I have to agree though, that acoustic performance is horrendous.

I dunno, how often do musicians actually give a novel answer to answer to any question?

Finding out what shampoo someone uses could be beneficial information for me - I can't say the same for knowing the next album will be 'more melodic and heavyz'.

I seriously doubt that any members of Metallica, AC/DC, Iron Maiden or any other huge legendary band for that matter would have taken this so seriously.
Yeah, its pretty stupid and not really as funny as she's trying to be.. but he could have just asked her to move on with the questions instead of walking out.

While she acted somewhat unprofessional, he did as well even though he didn't have to.

Which I find to be way more annoying. Those bands who try to be Mr. Nice Guys and please everybody. Rob just made a total understandable move, a move I'd probably also pull off if somebody asks me dumb questions. I don't see the big deal, he's just "honest". He didn't insult her, didn't disrespect her or anything... I just don't get what this is all about, it's a short snipped showing a lame acoustic performance, a dumb question and a guy who decides to not answer that question. :loco:

And for what it's worth: I find it awful that it seems to be common courtesy to judge a person based on a 30sec interview. Gossiping at it's best.

I agree that the acoustic metal set was a dumb idea, singing was terrible and he did come off like he was on his period in the interview

This pretty much sums up my point:

Interviews are nothing more than platforms for the musician to present himself to the public. It's part of the job in a way

I can understand that you're not in the mood for shit like that sometimes, but all he had to say was "next question please" and he would have avoided making himself look like a douche.

Personally i don't judge him for this interview, but i think it was a pretty stupid way to react to the situation.
It was a joke and he didn't need to partake in the joking, but he didn't have to walk out like that either.

To get asked about hair conditioner in an interview was his opportunity to tell his fans that "Robb Flynn do not give a fuck about no hair conditioner because he too metal for that pussy gay ass shit. Booga booga."

You know, as sarcastic as this sounds, it's pretty much the case. :) Also, Gibson marketing apparently don't have a single clue...
