It might be more work than its worth, but if you could add a little baby calf right beside the cow it would be perfect.

Another option would be to do just a head shot. It'd be simpler.

If you stay with the original picture, I'd maybe make the cow look a little "tougher", and make her titties smaller. She looks too much like a dairy cow right now.

Whatever you do, you're pretty much right where I was thinking. Excellent work!
