so am i the only one that couldnt hear the leads by rob?

I was right in the front on the barrier centre stage and I must say they were a bit muddled up in the mix, but I could still hear them ok.

Did they do the full lead section of Caught in a Mosh - I couldn't remember ???

The leads are a little low on the CD. I like that thunderous beginning on WDD. That sounds awesome.

yer I felt the sound was way too loud in Heaven (adelaide) ... its more the venue and the fact they weren't using their own equipment. ... The sound just distorted at times it was so loud (my poor 31 year old ears !!!) ... but I felt they still were amazing! Pity we didnt get Nobody Knows Anything as Charlie didn't have his usual drum kit :( .... Rob is quite funny on stage - very composed and quite calm actually ... the complete opposite of the bald goatee maniac on Rhythm guitar :) ... John was awesome on vocals - he sounded so damn good and the way he got the crowd into things and talked to us when the tech guys were desperately trying to fix either Joeys or Robs instruments was great! ...

We didn't get it here in Melbourne either. :(

i wonder how they transport all their gear half way round the world.
do they just put it all in one big container and let DHL or fed ex handle the rest?

or do they hire stuff locally?

When I ran sound for Yngwie's rehearsals in 1990, all their equipment was delayed and abused by inspections (took like two weeks). Somebody sent a package of 'Anthrax' to Indonesia! Oh No!
