I special ordered it at my "college music" local record shop, specializing in jam bands, and jam band bootlegs!
It's an expensive store, it'll probably cost me most likely slightly over $20, but I'm not complaining, I have no other way of getting it. I expect it'll be worth it...I pretty much strictly buy music and food.
