and is there a way to route each drum to it's own track? I can do it with Slate drums pretty easily now, but when I try to activate all output in Cubase for EZD, it only outputs the entire kit through the first 2 outs...Since this is a cheapie program, I'm assuming thats the only option I have, eh?

You can route things through individual outs (mostly). Been a while since I've used EZdrummer, but...from the mixer window, right click on the track's output assignment (probably currently set to Trck 1). Then just choose the option you want. I see there's a version called EZdrummer lite out there now. If that's what this is, I have no idea if it's possible. But if it's the full version of EZD, then yes, you can (mostly) do it.

Yes you can definitely do this, but you probably will not end up with enough outputs to put everything on it's own channel. But yes you can has do this.

grywolf is right, you do it in the mixer. Change the tracks from 1/2 to the other outs and you have it.

Save it as a template to save yourself time as anytime you re open the plug you have to go through this routing process.
