So I hear the 'new' Superman flick is supposed to be complete pants

Essentially, it's some nobody loser doing his best impersonation of Christopher Reeve playing Superman.

I'm just not sure how many more times I need to see the story of Superman (no matter how much CGI they add), but I've got the day off today and I'd like to go to the movies.

Anything worth seeing on the big screen right now? I alsop heard the new X Men was the worst in the trilogy. Is that true?

Nope - it was very, very good. Plenty of surprises to keep things fresh, great special effects, great ending.
