i used to email with this dude that new alanis when she was in high school. he said she'd show up at their backwoods keg parties and play her guitar and everyone would hate on her. like, when canadians that are drunk hate on you, it's a sign.

anyway, ANYWAY< back to the original meaning of this post. so like, i listened to both cd's once last night while i was sticking pins into a sculpture and also while i was painting a monster. i am going to have to listen to both cd's more to make a clear and concise decision on what songs are better or neater in my opinion or whatever, but the fact is, i listened to both cd's. and if you know me, you know that means i must have liked it. it just strikes me as quite different although it's sort of what i expected (and was hoping for) by the way people described it.
