So i was doing a little experiment with lasses samples.

I replaced the kick 100% with lasses sample. Only one not blended there, snare is metalfoundrys stock through 3 aux bus and a blended lasses sample snare mixed together. Guitars 5150 with dummy load and bass is the cornerstone of the universums ass. Holy fuck i hate that bass. But it's okay i guess. Any thougts? Sorry about the playing, didn't really hear the timing on the end Short clip yea...

can you correct me on the symbals? I lifted the velocity to 120 from 110, i think it might of be a little mistake. It did a bit harsh on 'em? Also would appreciate some low/high end issue opinions thx!

Wow, sounds brutal, nice guitars and totally love the kick!
Snare still needs some work imo, doesn't fit really good.

I don't hear a problem with the cymbals and with the low/high end, think it's well balanced. Maybe just a little bit less bass on the guitars.

Yup, gotta check the guitar/bass sync better, might be that the bass is just stepping too much on the way also. gotta check that Thanks for input! That's lasses kick, it really is easy to get on the mix!

I already have changed the overall mix a bit Did it louder and all. Tried a few neato tricks but the oh's gotta be more natural. struggling with that. If anyone knows good "stereo" tricks on symbals please tell

Well the snare is metalfoundrys stock snare that is run over a bussload of queery compressors and one decent sample of lasse that is supporting the shit. Plus dicky reverb that happened to sit on it's place quite decently
