Spinning the album the last few days. Really liking it. At first I was "meh, rehashed LOG riffs and stuff with a few decent songs", but sat down and listened to the entire thing through headphones last night and holy shit, it's really fucking good.

Same experience. It seems like it's one of those albums that needs a little bit of time to get you in the mood. Good songs for sure.I was never a LOG fan but i think this album is really fucking great.

If this was a local band writing this it wouldn't be half way good enough for commercial release. Should stick to what they do best and keep on with their signature bland as cardboard early 00s American Heavy Metal cos this stuff is really bad writing and they sound lost.

Bought it today. It's good but I always want them to tune lower when I hear Randy do his near death metal voice. They use mark v's right? Sounds good but imo a bit honky. Never been a huge fan but I do dig parts of this record.

I think Mark switched over to the Royal Atlantic during the last album, but I don't know if that's what they're using on this one or just stuck with the Mark V.
Sorta sounds like either the IV or V on this, but can't tell for sure. I'm pretty sure on the last few records they were doing blend of Mark and Royal Atlantic?
Alright, pretty much listened to almost nothing but this album for the past month or so in my car. Consensus is that it may be my favorite album of the year so far. The first 3 tracks really get me going, then the middle of the album seems to slow down a bit. Some noticeably rehashed riffs but done better than previous albums. Guitar tones are just yummy.
