I think I've said this before, but while your music isn't particularly innovative as such, it STANDS OUT.
I don't hear this track, nor the other stuff I remember hearing (yes, ashamed to say I still don't own any of your stuff yet) and mistake it for another band.
It just sounds like TNBD, a unique identity and I know this is because you've got some diverse influences happening here.
In a sea of shit that sounds largely the same, it's quite the feat to actually have something that has its own unique sound.
If there's music that deserves some of my money and that I need to be buying fairly soonish, it's definitely your band man.
Post-metal is just about my preferred metal sub genre for listening to these days anyway (that and many shoegaze-y Deftones songs and stuff).
It's nice to actually listen to a genre of music that has dynamics (not just in terms of loudness and quietness, but also musically) and isn't about being 'in your face' for an entire album.
