Great band. I got Capture the Magic a couple weeks back. Really great stuff. The Ozzy cover of S.A.T.O. featuring George Lynch is just brilliant.

I listened to the samples. Kinda tame. I was expecting something bombastic and exciting. It's good rock n roll, just turned down two notches.

But that's only from the samples. I'd have to hear the whole album to make a fair call.

It's not speed metal. Heck, I don't even think it's power metal. It's old school metal, traditional mid-tempo 80s-style, and it kicks ass! What a breath of fresh air for those of us in the 40 and over crowd.

I think they'd be a perfect band for the pre-party! Give us and Glenn chance to see what they can do live, and then maybe he'd consider them for a slot at Prog Power. I love the cover of Alice Cooper's "Roses On White Lace" from the EP.

I have both of their CD's and I really like them. I talked to the singer at BWBK last year and seemed like a pretty cool guy.

I like bands like Icarus Witch and Twisted Tower Dire because they aren't anything other than just "heavy metal." Icarus Witch especially has that '80's metal vibe, but as a child of the '80's speaking, I really like listening to them.

I just got into their music lately myself, and I'm really digging it. It's a bit of an old school throwback, but it's quite entertaining. I'd like to see them do the pre party in Atlanta, or be added to the Cicago Powerfest bill. I bet they would be very fun to see live.
