With metal (and loud) music generally being condemned and frowned upon in a country such as Singapore, there are several individuals who go all out to keep the fire of metal burning. We talk to one such individual, JaarVis of Lights Out Inc, who has brought Singaporeans numerous gigs that feature some of Singapore's biggest metal bands over the past few years.
