Well, the stereotype is true for absolute certain. It's practically a part of pop culture.

Remember Van Halen's video/song for "Hot for Teacher"? Or images of hot teachers in pencil skirts and spectacles and the cane? Those are all aimed at a younger audience.

Conversely, for the older audience, the most obvious example is strippers dressed in school uniforms. Older guys love to see women dressed as school girls, or furthermore, cheerleader outfits.
