SOCCER NATION!

I can't believe what is happening in London this evening! Liverpool leads the match 2-0 in the 30th minute and have evened the aggregate score at 3-all. Chelsea has the away-goals advantage at this point, but they are trying way too hard NOT too lose, and it's backfiring on them. Come on Blues!

These are the semi finals. Basically, they will play again and the aggregate goals is what will count, much like in the Champions League.

Santos and Corinthians will advance to the final with a draw. Palmeiras and Sao Paulo need a simple win, which hopefully won't happen.
Of course, I am for Palmeiras and SP. I don't mean to purposely root against you, Milton, but I just like those 2 teams while you like the others. Too bad it has to be that way.:saint:

Fair enough. I despise Palmeiras, it's our biggest rival and I have absolutely no love for them. Sao Paulo I also hate, but on a smaller scale. I really hope to see Corinthians x Santos in the final, just so Palmeiras and SP don't make it. Games have been great though!! If you want, I can get you a live feed link to watch the next games this weekend. Let me know.

That would be very cool indeed! Thanks, my friend. Maybe I can watch some of those matches.:headbang::kickass:

What a fucking match that was!! Chelsea and Liverpool both played extremely well!!! Good job for the Blues.

Now tomorrow, LET'S GO ARSENAL!!!!!!!!

Classic match today...the wrong team goes through :(

I was hoping Bayern could have done the impossible today so that Drogba and Van Bommel could get reacquainted

Arsenal and ManU are both up 1-0, and thus winning in aggregate right now. Which also means that if it ends up tied for either game it goes to a shoot-out... I think. Maybe it has to be a 1-1 tie. Is first tie breaker # of away goals?

ManU scrape through with a wonder goal from Cunt7

Arsenal were comfotable against Villareal.

I'm hoping for a Arse vs Barce final although i would like to see ManU lose in the final.

Hopefully with Chelsea, MAnU and Arse still in the CL and the FA Cup, Liverpool can storm home and win the premiership whilst the others are getting tired playing some extra games.

Pool vs Arsenal is midweek game....should be a pearler.

LET'S HEAR IT FOR THE RED DEVILS! I hope Man Utd gets to face Arsenal next and so Barca and Chelsea can face each other! I feel very fortunate that 3 of the Final Four teams are among my Top 5 fave club sides in Europe along with AC Milan and Real Madrid!

It is:
FC Barcelona v Chelsea FC
Tuesday 28 April - Camp Nou
Wednesday 6 May - Stamford Bridge

Manchester United FC v Arsenal FC
Wednesday 29 April - Old Trafford
Tuesday 5 May - Arsenal Stadium

That's exactly the way I wanted it! Too cool! Man Utd prefers to play the away game on the 2nd leg, it appears. If we don't allow more than one goal at home, we WILL win this series!
I predict that Barca and Chelsea will each win their respective home match.
