Soilwork-ish Song S2.0+Amplitube2

I wrote and recorded this song last night. Hopefully it's not too boring without the keyboards and vocal tracks. I feel like my mixes might sound muffled. I mixed this with headphones tonight, so that might be why. What do you guys think of the kick? Should I go with something more aggressive and clicky?

Nice track! Like the music. Good spaces. I like your guitar sounds. What did you use for them? When everything is full on it's a little too boomey, tighter low end is needed. Less lower mids and a little more sizzle could help to open up the mix. Really liking it so far.
