It still is, used to be called "rate my mix".
If you want to give out the raws (= those files you mixed with good quality, so no mp3) then you can do that, but noone around here is entitled to demand those from anyone...I mean wtf, seriously.
Stems would be each track/instrument/instrument group as mp3/wav/whatever.
Not really useful to do any mixing with, but you can get a picture of how the mix was done.
