Well, I haven't recorded my voice for the voice thread yet, but I did just finish my "solo" CD. My band has a song done too but I can't put it up on my site yet.
Anyway, if you're interested I'd love to get some opinions (even if that includes "It sucks" or "I hate it" or "Never play music again" as long as they're honest responses).
As far as what kind of music it is... I've really lost all perspective on it at this point. There's definitely some prog (and I'm a prog guy so if you don't like prog its risky), there's definitely some metal, but its maybe not what you'd typically expect from "Prog Metal." Or maybe it is. I played everything on it (and sang, its not a guitarist-wankery solo album) except for drums and a few keys parts, which are sequenced. That's all I'll say about it for now. The whole CD is available at the URL I'm about to put below this, but I'll eventually be offering the actual CDs for the price of shipping, and maybe I'll just send them to some of you anyway. :Spin:
