Some problems with nuendo 4

Ive read the nuendo 4 manual but I didnt found there any help..

so I have the problem that I have midi track with tempo changes but when I import them to the DAW they do not change the midi and the structure and its huge problems

anyone know how to deal with it?

Did you try adjusting the tempo track to fit the tempo changes?
