Sonar 8 Producer Memory Problems

Im finished recording and mixing a certain track but I cant even play the track at all in Sonar. It was ok this morning but now everytime I try to play it, it doesnt (same with recording) and now it keeps saying that there is No Memory when I try to insert tracks or Export my mix.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there a backup folder that stores all unused/deleted takes that I can clean so the program can run proply??

Tool -> Clean Audio Folder

You lose all your undo's etc. though, and any bits you've trimmed.
