Let's not introduce confusion here. The bonus tracks are a part of this. They were released on the CD version in 1987 (the same year as the LP) and are as early or earlier compositions than other songs on the album. They have been part of the album experience for practically everybody. It's not like they were new songs or demos tacked on years later.

Also, if you vote for "Beyond the Unholy Grave" you're a poser.
