What about Necrophagist? They seem to have garnered some popularity in recent months. I find that their songwriting isn't quite as good as the later Death works had, but it's good to know that Death's trademark tech-death sound hasn't completely left us.

Well I don't like Death, period so imo, Necrophagist crap all over them. I can't listen to them as much as Bodom but there's a few songs that I really like.

headbangers ball never really had great videos they had some ok ones but never great ones

I watch headbanger's ball sometimes. Espicially when there's a band that I like that's on the show like Slayer, Kreator, In Flames, CoB, and something like that.

I used to watch that all the time but then I just lost track of when it was on. As Hatebreeder pointed out, there was only a few good metal videos on it. I've got the Bodom one so I'm happy.

Tbh I dont actually "hate" any of their songs. I can listen to them all quite happily, My most disliked one however is Sixpounder.

I usually only come here to flame, but in this post I'm just wondering... just how can someone not like Sixpounder. The opening riff is enough to make you clench your fists and want to bang your head. It's just a genius song.

I wish COB had been able to reproduce in the AYDY album the heaviness and pure raw power of Sixpounder. Alas, only a couple of songs can hope to match it, even though they have tried hard to sound as heavy as possible. IMHO though, they sound bland, instead, in the majority of songs.
