Having always had a liking for Sacred Steel and even seeing them live in Berlin, The Bloodshed Summoning is easily their best album to date, incredible drumming, varied songwriting but above all Gerrit's vocals. He's blown my mind on this one considering his vocals were usually the breaking point for most ppl...I actually had trouble believing it's him when I first heard this album, he proves he's a great trad, death/thrash and punk vocalist.
First I linked the Misfit cover at the end of the album, then some other tracks from the album.

All their albums rule forever! Gerrit's vocals on Reborn In Steel though are to me absolute Metal magic, I can't get over that record even now.

Absolutely man!! You should've seen me in Berlin drunk as fuck screaming out Sacred Bloody Steel 3 songs into their set I think Gerrit looked at me,smiled and said something along the lines of 'not yet' they did play it of course but it was a bit of a blur.
