I pop in to check on saxon Gigs in the USA nice to run in to a maiden fan
have fun at the shows i have a lot of online friends going to the gigs aswell
and i know the band is looking forword to playing Sweden since last year when thay played there thay have been wanting to hit the Nordic hard
after the gigs check out my fan page it has *SPOLIERS* in it so if you don`t want to know anything about the show dont look till after your first show
we had a meet up for the Maiden Fan club for the only west coast gig in the USA

Well just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, IT JUST HAS. Not only do we have to suffer Trivium as support band BUT NOW LAUREN HARRIS has been added to the bill for the rest of the UK and Europe shows. Whooopdedoooooooooo I can hardly wait for this concert now

Aye I know Timothy - then it would be absolutely mindblowing concert if Saxon were on the bill as well - but after seeing the setlist, I just can't get excited about this concert one bit. In fact, if I'm perfectly honest, I'm actually dreading it cos there's hardly any songs being played that I like. I don't really want to go now but I canny really let my friend down. And who the hell told Lauren Harris that she could sing - FFS my cat can sing better than here - if it wasn't for her father she'd probably be out busking somewhere AND NOT MAKING ANY MONEY EITHER!!!!! Load of dross!!!

At least their new album is better, the anthem is pure old school metal (ok its a dio rip off).
I have noticed that all the good songs on that album AREN'T written by the FRONTMAN, so maybe they should kick him out

Same here, Princess. I have listened to the new Maiden album many times now and still can't get to like it (although Benjamin Breeg is beginning to grow on me). I am seeing them in Cardiff, Birmingham and Laandaan - and can't even sell the tickets as they are to be collected at the door !! I am a huge Maiden fan and a member of the IMFC, but am not looking forward to this Tour.
On the positive side - I am seeing the tribute band "Iron-on Maiden" this Saturday 25 November at the Cartoon in Croydon who are 'kin great !!! Anyone daan saaarf coming to the gig ? See you at the front !!!

We saw them last Saturday, Goss! We are used to seeing Ironically Maiden, but I thought Iron-on were even better!! I really enjoyed them...but Tallica were also playing, and I didn't enjoy them one bit

Yeah, Iron-On Maiden were superb. If they are playing near you, then go and see them, you won't regret it.
