Hummmm... I'm quite partial to the current colours. Changing from grey and black to red and white might be rather radical, and change the character of the forum completely. If somebody here has a grasp on html, they could change the forum colours, and post a version of the forum for us to look at.

A Haven backround would look really nice actually, both visually and symbolically (with the forum being a Haven of sorts). Damage Done is a bit too contrasting and radical to fit as a backround in my opinion. The text and forum colours should stay the same though.

DD is really bright, we will end searching for our eyes in our stomach this background is really nice and "calm" instead, i am also for trying a different one, but always quite dark
