Heres a mix I been working on. I know the bass is fucked, hell the mix is shit even after hours thinking I got a good mix I listened in the car and its a mess.


I have VXT4s with the Rokit sub but I am still not getting it at all please listen inform me if you will to what the fuck I am doing wrong.

I think the snare sounds a bit too thin/short.
I also don't like the click on the kick, it makes the kick sound thin, although it sounds pretty huge in the bass area.
I would try EQing the click in the kick with a wider Q.
Think guitars are pretty good, bass guitar sounds nice too, but maybe a little bit too much bassguitar up front.

this is a change on your suggestions. thanks, the drums are a bit more raw sounding but its better
