I don't understand this at all. No hook, screaming, weak riff, weak lyrics, lame gang vocals, totally generic...the complete opposite of all the songs I mentioned. Now that I think about it, I actually can't stand that song. P&V, Born Again Idiot, and Alpha Male are the only songs in the history of Anthrax along with Tester and Bare from Stomp 442 that I consistently skip past.
