Howzit.

Wondering if anyone knew of any free (or if not, real cheap) sound replacement plugins (vst, or rtas) that work for mac.

Ive got a mac G5 and am running pro tools m powered 7, and cant find any that arent 100$ or more.

I'm assuming you just need something to trigger samples from an audio file based on transients. Like drum replacement/sample layering.

If so, check out auplSoft apTrigga. It's currently $55 and it works as well as or better than Drumagog for me.

So I have downloaded the demo plugin bundle. But no DRT with it. Does that mean you have to pay the 69$ to get the DRT tool?

Slate Trigger EX is like $69 on ebay and you get some of his tci's with it.

What? It just means it's offline processing and it makes audio to midi.

Ok. Thought you meant it was au format.

So it doesnt work like a standard plug in? Im unsure as to what you mean. All other plugins work fine through the install file.
