How do you save and export them once you generate them?

On PC, I hit "Print Screen" and then paste it to an image editing program. Then I save it that way - not sure if there is a quicker way.

I tried that, but for a cartoon a larger, more simple image was better. Next I'll adapt it to wear an Iron Maiden shirt
