Not that much of a sale for a one-way trip from Las Vegas to Atl on Friday, Sept.14. : $245,80 (2 checked bags free). I can get the same from AirTran or Delta ($228 + $20 for 1 bag).

$217.70 R/T from El Paso, but you have to leave on Monday to fly home for this price, if you leave on Sunday it's $409.90

Oh and Southwest and Airtran are one in the same now. Southwest bought Airtran.

WWhere did you get $831? That is for Business select, regualr coach is only $219.20.

Maybe I looked at the wrong thing, I was looking for round trip from Providence leaving Wednesday a.m. and coming back Sunday afternoon. If it was 219.20 round trip I would book now!

Edit; just called and it would be $411 round trip...still too much..I need it to get to $250 before I'll pull the trigger

Heads up! Through July 20th, Southwest Airlines is offering one-way air fares for as low as $69 for travel between August 20, 2012 and December 14, 2012. Travel valid everyday except Sundays.

Yeah, and this sale is different than the previous one, Sunday's are included. I just booked my Chicago flight for about $200 roundtrip. Awesome!!!

From Southwest, their fall fare sale is valid for travel Monday through Saturday, from August 21 through December 13.

Avoid blackout dates: November 17, November 20, November 21, November 24, November 25, and November 26.

Tickets require a 14-day advance purchase. All bookings must be made by 11:59pm PT, August 2.

Sale fares are not available to/from Washington Dulles.
