Special Pro Training College?

Hey guys.
I've been looking for some universities/Colleges to study in next year, and i found something called : Special Professional Training College, a 2 years studying then you graduate. don't have a clue about it coz i don't know what's the equivalent of it here. anyway, If any of you guys know about it, i mean, is it required and does guarantee you a good job in the future (Im about to keep studying in the computing field) please help me, I would really appreciate it.

"Special Pro Training College" already sounds pretty pretentious.
