Okay, for those of you not familiar with this band, they hail from Southern France or at least I think they do. They're currently signed to Lance King's Nightmare Records Label. In my opinion, if you dig Circus Maximus, Dreamscape, Beyond Twilight, and Dream Theater I believe you'll get something out of this release. The technical prowess is unbelievable from what looks to me coming from a bunch of young guys! :kickass: With that said, I'm looking forward to what they throw at us as they mature with age and musically. You can check them out at www.SphericUniversExp.com.

They would make a great addition to PROGPOWER USA VIII along with RAINTIME i think they would blow the frigging roof not just off but off and send it way down the street.

They are from France. I love catching hints of their accents on their vocals. It's very sexy. :)

I love the vocals and the music, but some of their solos and bridges run a little too long, IMHO. Sometimes I fastforward through them. Although they are great, nay, amazing musicians, but I get bored with out vocals.

But I'd give the band an 8 out of ten still!

Yeah, they go on shred tangents, but they do it well.

I've been spinning their latest disc since Lance sent it to me and I can't seem
to put it down! Everyone, please, take a listen!

I really can't wait for the day that SUE plays at ProgPower, or anywhere in the States!
Imagine Pain of Salvation, Dream Theater, and Symphony X in a blender! (I know that
would make some of you happy if it were literal :Smug: so don't waste your breath-haha!)

My personal favorite: "So Cold"

This is still one of my favorites, I've been listening too it for a few months now, it grows on you take a little bit because of all the technical aspects but the band is incredibly melodic, and massivley technical in a smooth way....pretty hard to believe these guys have all just reached their 20's!

Another band that is very similar in their abilities and production and a bit on the sound too that is excellent and we are in the midst of negotiations with is SOLIDVISION, you need to check these guys out, I have both their releases at Nightmare and they are OFF THE HOOK killer as well.
