anyone hear the new cd? I think they're okay for nu-metal and am going to get the cd. I don't expect anything GREAT but, I expect a cd that I can play in my car that my friends will enjoy and I won't hate.

So, any of you guys hear it?

I bought their album Height Of Callousness and I thought some of the songs there were quality. They have some catchy melodies and wicked aggression songs. Industrial metal can get mechanical sounding but Spineshank songs sound more emotional thanks to their vocals. But they sort of sound wimpish or repetitive at times if you know what I mean. I'm not buying their new album though. I'm going to save it for some other heavy metal CDs later.

 

[Ol' Dirty Bastard]

I remember this band opening for Type O a few years ago on Halloween. I remember them throwing out their demo to the crowd. I also remember each and every copy of their demo being thrown back at them. Horrid band.
