So, since LastFM decided to suck arse i recently got this spotify thing, and it is awsome! epic amounts of good music, for the price of 30 sec. comersials between every 4-5 songs.
As soon as they release a mobile client (which is almost done already) i will get spotify premium for ~10€/month, and you can dowload it to offlinemusic on your mobile/mp3 player also, without commersials. awesomeness in the making.

And, ofcourse, to start you off, here are some awesome finds i made there.
I finally got to listen to Stein R. Sordals album in fort knox with a penny.
for those of you who dont know, he s the bassplayer/second singer from Green carnation (which, btw, is one of the greatest bands ever..)
Very "poppy" music, combining happy and mellancolic in an awesome way.

sort of sounds like a more guitarbased A-Ha
WHICH..
brings me to my next recomendation.
Magne Furuholmen, mostly famous for writing all music and playing keyboard in... you guessed it, A-Ha!
this is his solo album. less disco, but the same feel to it.. just awesome!

so.. go get your spotify invites here http://smexdesign.se/spotify-invites/ , (or just google spotify invites, there are a bazillion sites offering them) and start sharing your playlists and bandfinds! (for page translations, ask and i can help you :))

Yea I have been using spotify for a while now already. Its a really good program, the best one actually.. I dont even bother to listen my cd's that often anymore even if I have them in my collection I just listen them through spotify. The sound quality isnt that much worse imo

When I checked it out a while ago it sounded like shit and there was not that much music. I'll rather download it and buy it if I like it, I dont really care if it's illegal or not.

I'll check it out.. hate listening to anything that's not lossless though.

I really cant notice any difference with the soundquality compared for example to listening mp3. files
