Spring Break Question

My spring break for college starts Saturday, and from Sunday to Tuesday Jimmy(my boyfriend) and I are going to Niagara Falls. Has anyone ever been to Niagara Falls in the winter? I have in the summer, but was told that it is drastically different in the winter. If you have been there, what is there to do? Any suggestions? We are planning on going to the falls, going to the rainforest cafe, and we just aren't sure what else to do. He doesn't really like gambling, so the casinos are most likely out. We may get some alcohol one night, but I'm not sure.

Dude, stand five feet from the border, drinking heavily, laughing at the American authorities for it. Besides that, the frozen falls are damn majestic as long as you are warm.

Niagara is the shittiest town I ever been. Fucking tourist trap with nothing to do but to overpay for everything. Should check out the many fine wineries along the way, probably the only thing of worht in the Niagara valley.

Will the wineries be open in the winter to tour?

I'm afraid we will have to postpone our trip because of weather, but I don't know for sure... I really hope not.
