I bought SSD 4 EX and when I loaded everything up I had toms kicks and snares.....and that was all. I contacted slate help desk but haven't heard back yet, has this happened to anyone?

No it wasnt an issue with routing, there was straight up no cymbal samples in the player. I finally got it to work though. And ironically enough am now having routing issues with Cubase. I'm not huge on these cymbals though. Some of them are passable but I think I'm going to pick up S2.0 as well, some sturgis samples and do it that way.

I'm having a somewhat related problem. Everytime I use SSD in a project in REAPER after loading the session after a few times either the OH multichannel will mute itself for no reason every minute of the room mic will have this weird clicking every second in the left side. It didn't start happening until about a month after I bought ssd. I haven't heard back from support either
