So I've come to the conclusion that the holy trinity of Priest albums - Sad Wings, Sin, & Stained - are some of the most important albums in the development of heavy metal as a genre. Also just fucking amazing and way too heavy for the time. Everyone should listen to these a lot.

Exactly what I was thinking. I love early Priest. Devin Towsend/SYL do a good version of this song on a Century Media Priest tribute C.D.

Just went out and bought the Remaster of Stained Class since I've been meaning to grab the remaster for ages and the Digipack of Rocka Rolla since I only had it on tape. Very much worth it. Rocka Rolla digipack has a very nice version of the Diamonds and Rust cover on there.
