It's funny, though, because I thought you were also all gung-ho national security...not really compatible with decentralization.

National Security is kind of a vague term, and gets used as an excuse to trample personal rights.

I am a minimalist when it comes to national government, but one of it's few legit responsibilities is the common defense. I am for a strong national defense.
