I just think he likes animals, I have no doubt the guy is putting on the whole "wow, crikey!" thing for the camera, he gives millions away every year to setup wildife zones and so on, and the best way to keep getting the money for more is have a larger than life persona!

He is still nuts though. F**k saving some prick snake that attacks you anyway.
