Still Life jewel case w/ slip cover?

Anybody have a Still Life in a jewel case with the cardboard slip cover they want to sell me? It's a reissue and the CD looks like the digipack version... I think..

Thats the digipack version. I'm looking for the one that comes in a jewel case and has a cardboard slip cover over it.

I have that one, too. I bought it in Manchester (UK) a couple of years ago. But it doesn't look as new as the picture from Shadows Skulk because I freaking listen to that CD the whole time...
