I really dig the slow groovy stuff that these 'genres' can produce, but I don't dig the 'stoner' part so much. I can listen to Electric Wizard fine...but I want albums that have good songs that I can sort of listen to and enjoy as opposed to wondering 'wtf?' too often.

Get what I mean?

Spiritual Beggars aren't the fuckin' be-all-end-all of stoner metal/rock. That said:

500 Ft. Of Pipe - Dope Deal (stoner rock)
Ufomammut - Snailking (stoner doom)
sHEAVY - Synchronized (stoner metal, basically Sab worship)
Malasangre - A Bad Trip To... (stoner doom)
Bongzilla - Gateway (stoner doom-ish)
Abramis Brama - Rubicon (stoner rock/metal)
Dozer - Through The Eyes Of Heathens (stoner metal)
The Mushroom River Band - Simsalabim (stoner rock/metal)
dot(.) - dot(.) (stoner/sludge doom)
Eternal Elysium - Share (stoner rock/stoner doom)
Monkey3 - Monkey3 (instrumental stoner doom/stoner metal)
Acid King - III (stoner doom)

Hellz yeah.

I just got hail!hornet and it is awesome!

Kinghorse is also good, their s/t album, at least.
High on Fire is good though I haven't heard their new one.
Scissorfight is another good one - they sound kind of like Clutch. Their albums 'Man-trapping for Sport and Profit' and 'American Cloven-hoof Blues' are both excellent.
Rwake is awesome but I'm not really sure if that's exactly what you're looking for.
And of course Acid Bath!

Some would consider CoC's later material to be stoner metal. Pick up 'In The Arms Of God' and thank me later.
...of which the title track rules(!) as well as 'Rise River Rise'. Their albums, 'Wiseblood' & 'America's Volume Dealer' are good too...as is their early hardcore...ummm actually, they've never made a bad album imo.
