Now I don't know a whole bunch but im pretty sure its actually happening. To some degree, Congress is trying to block the internet. So im just saying to you guys from America so sign this petition thing, people in other countries can't because you need and American postcode i think.

So sign it because its bollocks. Its against freedom of speech and its the fucking internet.

Yeh but ithats only a small part.
Kickstarter gave the extreme example that if one project on their site breaks a copyright, then the entire site could be shut down until it is resolved how the copyright holder, or the government want it to be resolved.
And also I don't really see this as blocking sites for ISPs. I can easily see servers being 'raided' and shut down. I mean its happened to piracy sites before (Pirate Bay) so why not others?
Again thats my understanding, haven't read a whole bunch.

Also it could pass, if the money is there, if no one gives a fuck then it will.
