I know that these threads are getting a little monotonous now but ive just recently re-discovered elements part one and ive realised how much i have to see these guys live, its a mind blower of an album... oh, and while im on the topic bring on anathema (if theyll play some older stuff too)...

not to mock your tastes as i can see how theyre not everyones cup of tea, i did experiment with this theory, i sped up some europe and slowed down some stratovarius and they just werent similar... sorry to dissapoint...

wow, that suprises me, im that way with dragonforce, it seems to be all twiddling, the thing i like about strat is that theres something unique about them.... have you heard elements pt 1?

 Thing is you've now just admited to owning something by Europe!

I must admit I did like the track Hunting High and Low (?) from the Infinite album so went and bought it. The album went right back to the shops after a few plays though, not my cuppa.
Swapped it for Mantrapping for Sport and Profit by Sissorfight......now theres an album :headbang:

im proud to own some europe, theyre a damn good band, if you hear the stuff before they got a synth and made the final coountdown (which im not mocking, great album) its just some damn good cheese metal... and i heard they were reforming, bring them to bloodstock, how amusing would that be... id actually wet myself with amusement and joy...

Europe for Headliner! :headbang:

I second that !! What more can you say.
I was actually discussing with someone the other day about how similar some of Europes songs are to power metal (this is only an opinion)and I'm quite bad at classifying music anyway. As far as I am concerned if it rocks its cool with me.
