I just listened to the samples. Now, I'm a big fan of the cello, and less a fan of violins, but they're OK. I even like cello in metal, and wish it would be use more. But that just sucked. They sound like they're just a couple of guys who are just learning the damn instruments and are now just dicking around. They seem to hesitate on the notes rather than just going in and attacking them, and it sounds stilted and silly. Listen to Iron Maiden and you'll see what I mean.

And the tambourine in 2 Minutes? I have more rythym than that in my little toe, and I'm renowned throughout the lands as having absolultely no rythym at all. If you're going to use something to keep the beat, maybe you should hit it, oh, I don't know, on the beat? Or at least not randomly.

Very, very dissapointed.
