Stryper covers Sabbath

Awesome. Even if you aren't a Stryper fan, you have to acknowledge the talent to cover a diverse list of bands like that.
I love that Maiden cover.

Michael Sweet is such a good singer! I've been a little leery about the last two albums although I did like the two studio tracks they put onto the greatest-hits collection they released earlier in the decade.

That would be awesome, but I just can't see them doing "In League With Satan."

The clips sound really good though. I'll be checking this one out.

 I think J was being a smartass. With that said, the covers sound pretty good, but Michael Sweet covering a Dio era song is a bit strange for me. That's kind of like when James Lebrie is trying to cover a Metallica song; it just doesn't work. A Tony Martin era song would've been more appropriate if you ask me. Also, of all the Kiss songs, why did they choose Shout It Out Loud? I despise that song! Again, they should've covered something from Creatures or maybe a non-makeup song. (shrugs)

'After Forever' lyrically would have been perfect and oddly even more ironic in a couple of ways.
Sweet does sound really good on 'Heaven and Hell' though.
I think I will get this CD.
Now over the weekend I picked up the Styper Roxx Regime demos CD. I am having the same difficult that I normally have with these guys, gringing though every songs. Did he just say he was looking to fall in love and now he is in love with Jesus? I can't help but to think of Faith =1 "Jesus I want to feel your love all over my face".
Venom is not going to do after this CD (which I'm listening to right now) this time I will Black Widow or Coven (either Coven) to was the dirty feeling away.
Still they are a group of really good players just maybe misguided. Or maybe they are well guided after all I have always heard that Christian rock can make a lot of money.
YES A COW BELL! the only thing saving this lame ass song (You want be Lonely Anymore).... There it is again HAHA :muahaha:
