I had To Hell With The Devil but can only remember the title track. Also the song Soldiers Under Command was good. Didn't one or two of them split out into a side project called Mass?
I have against the law Great record it had some heavy moments it had some pathetic moments to but "Caught In The Middle" is still one of the best songs I have ever heard

I sure remember them... they´ve never really made it into my frequently listened to bands but I liked the "To Hell With The Devil" LP.

No, it was Mass. However, I pulled out an old (and I mean old) box of cassettes from my storage and found the Mass tape. It was produced by Michael Sweet but he didn't sing in it. I knew he had something to do with it. The album was called Voices Of The Night, Enigma Records, 1989. I'm just glad I'm not going senile since I haven't heard the album in 12 years...

Too bad they released weak albums after THWTD, I still enjoy the first ones, very nice melodic Metal.
