Here is the first part of our studio recordings online.

We are currently recording drums for our first album. Hopefully released by some big company. :)

More videos of the recording process are soon to follow.

Second video is online:

Don´t know why embedding from myspace videos doesn´t work here...at least with my computer.

However just in case somebody is interested there will be more videos coming on myspace.
Next up is guitar tracking next weekend.

Dr. Pepper FTW!

It looks like the bass player is over concentrating, not handling the criticism too well and playing really timid which is a shame if you ask me.

actually he never played the songs before so he just learns them in the studio...
it wasn´t easy to first learn the songs and then play them exactly in timing but he recorded 13 songs in 1 and a half day. most of the songs he hasn´t even heard before.

Really nice to watch these! I like the laid-backiness of your recording process, which obviously is possible since the studio is your own. And also had to laugh really hard for that "SCHEISSE" (or however it is written) when your drummer fucked up in the video 1. Liked the drummer, tight playing! Also sounded nice for what can be said of the cameras mic! :)

^^ Thats the way it should be! Taking your time instead of rushing shit.

im not talking about rushing

im talking about sitting there and debating against doing another take or lolly gaging about your parts

i almost fell asleep watching everyone's body language haha

if the producer says no, fucking do it again, and don't make the same mistake

must be quarter notes

i've never had anyone come in here and record more than a couple songs in a day unless it was complete shit sounding scratch tracks.

i´m happy too when somebody is able to play his/her shit. most of the time the bands i record aren´t either.
but recording bass for 10 songs shouldn´t take more than 2 days. otherwise that guy had better learned triangle.
