Theres a bar in the upper section. Not sure if its open all the time, but I'd assume for most shows its open for business. Under 21's can't go up there as far as I know.

There is a bar upstairs. There is a dude who sits in a old school dentist chair who checks IDs to let you up there.
I will warn you, it gets pretty fucking packed up there. I spent the whole Nevermore show up there back in 2006 and not only was it packed but I was surrounded by drunken assholes trying to take my place. I'm sure if you're drunk it won't really matter too much but I don't drink at shows so.....OK, I'm rambling.
