Studio talkback control

Had a search and couldn't find this anywhere..

Am after something for the studio that can be patched in line before my HP amp to be used as a talkback mic.

I've been considering getting a Mackie Big Knob or a Presonus Central Station or something of the like but to be honest, I really don't need any function other than the talkback function. I already have compatibility for multiple sets of monitors (despite only having one), headphone amp, etc... Just no dedicated talkback mic.

For years I've been using a mic in a spare channel in PT, but this isn't cutting it and quite often I can't afford to spare one of my 18 ins. My headphone amp has direct in/auxiliary capabilities but I don't have a preamp to run between a mic and this and to be honest, I'd like to just have something nice and presentable sitting on my desk where talkback can become available at the push of a button.

Any suggestions?

I run all my monitoring headphones for the studio through a Behringer headphone amp (http://www.behringer.com/EN/Products/HA8000.aspx).
With my new setup I just create a big button on my desk, which will interupt the signal coming from my DAW, and will switch on the mic, which is the talkback...
Will cost me about 20euro's and I have a talkback which works as I want it to work, allthough it's really DIY.
